  "Description": "User-facing R functions are provided to parse, compile,\ntest, estimate, and analyze Stan models by accessing the\nheader-only Stan library provided by the 'StanHeaders' package.\nThe Stan project develops a probabilistic programming language\nthat implements full Bayesian statistical inference via Markov\nChain Monte Carlo, rough Bayesian inference via 'variational'\napproximation, and (optionally penalized) maximum likelihood\nestimation via optimization.
